When we process personal data on behalf of our customers as part of our services, the customer is the controller. That processing is governed by our data processing agreement with the customer, not by this notice. ## What data we process and where we get it We process only data related to your professional role: - Name, job title and employer - Work email address and work phone number - Public professional profile, such as your LinkedIn profile address - Information about your company, such as industry, size and location - Our communication with you, including replies, meetings and your choice not to be contacted ### Where we get your data If we contacted you first, we obtained your data from public business sources. These are company registers, business directories, company websites and public professional profiles such as LinkedIn. Our service provider Leedflow Technology AB compiles this data for us and verifies work email addresses. We contact people only in their professional role, about matters related to that role. You can object at any time, as explained under Your rights. ## Visitors to our website We use HubSpot on aileo.ai to understand how the site is used and to receive contact form submissions. ### Cookies and tracking With your consent, HubSpot's tracking code sets cookies that record which pages you visit, when, and with what device and browser. If you later fill in our contact form, your earlier visits are linked to your contact details. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site, such as the one that remembers your cookie choice, are set without consent. You can accept or decline cookies in the cookie banner and withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f). Reply to any of our messages or email sami@aileo.ai. We will stop contacting you and add you to our do-not-contact list, free of charge and without asking for a reason. ### Your other rights - Get a copy of the data we hold about you - Have incorrect data corrected - Have your data deleted - Restrict how we use your data - Object to other processing based on our legitimate interest - Receive the data you gave us as a customer in a machine-readable format and have it transferred to another company To use these rights, email sami@aileo.ai. We reply within one month. If you think we have processed your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at [tietosuoja.fi](https://tietosuoja.fi) or to the authority in your own EU country. ## Automated tools and changes We use automated tools, including AI, to find relevant business contacts and to prepare and send our outreach messages.
